\"il<\/a>Il Cielo in una pancia (The Sky in a Womb) <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span>is a theatrical spectacle involving letters from the <\/span><\/span>Festival of Letters <\/b><\/span><\/span>and from various neonatal specialists. It was written by Francesca Sangalli, with the support of Chiesi Farmaceutici, and is scheduled to take place in Parma on November 17<\/span><\/span>th<\/span><\/sup><\/span>, recognised as <\/span><\/span>World Prematurity Day.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The aim of the show is to raise awareness of the subject of premature birth. It brings together a writing competition which can now boast 11 editions and over 20,000 letters and a pharmaceutical company involved for over 80 years in the problems associated with neonatology.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The leading player in <\/span><\/span>Il Cielo in una Pancia <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span>is the actress, comedian and writer, Alessandra Faiella, who will lend her special skills to the performance, interlacing the reading of the letters with the story of a woman\u2019s life, told from the point of view of her womb. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On October 11th, the <\/span><\/span>Premio Speciale alla Vita <\/b><\/span><\/span>(Special Prize for Life)<\/span><\/span> <\/b>was awarded to Giulia Grosso for the best letter presented at the Festival. Giulia\u2019s letter, and others written from \u201cthe womb\u201d, will be read by the gentle voice of <\/span><\/span>Anita Caprioli<\/b><\/span><\/span> at the <\/span><\/span>Nuovo Teatro Pezzani (New Pezzani Theatre) in Parma<\/b><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The best letters from the competition can be found in the <\/span><\/span>Arbos<\/b><\/span><\/span> catalogue\/notebook.
