Straw paper

Straw paper is one of the most eco-friendly types of recycled paper,
made from non-deinked post-consumer waste collected through urban recycling.
Its rough surface, scattered with small chromatic imperfections, tells the story of a material that has lived many lives before being transformed into something new and unique.

Producing straw paper requires very little water and energy, and even today it is made in one of the oldest paper mills in Italy.
