This material, made from scraps of natural leather, is recovered through a regeneration process. Leather fibers are ground and blended with natural fats and both vegetable and animal tannins, which restore their softness. Natural rubber latex is then used as a binder.
The result is a strong yet flexible material that retains the quality and elegance of real leather.

Produced in Italy and certified according to the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) and Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Ricuoio® meets strict environmental and social criteria throughout the entire production chain and contains no substances harmful to human health.
