This way of thinking, inspired by the principles of architecture, advocates a stronger relationship between man and nature, with the creation of human systems that work in close cohesion with the natural world. Organic design therefore takes its inspiration from forms and elements present in nature. The shape of a leaf, the texture of tree bark, a section of a fruit or vegetable, the pattern of a crystal: all these may serve as the model for an item of furniture or an industrial product. Alternatively, as in the case of these notebooks with their velvety soft covers, it can also inspire a form of graphic design with subtle, natural lines.
